360 degree feedback by reactive360

Sometimes when you work for a small company, you all are so heavily involved in the project that there is no one available to give you level-headed feedback.  It can be nice to have a third-party look at your product or project and give you a solid reality check.  360 feedback is the place you can go to for a thorough appraisal of your work.

They proceed through 4 key steps.  First you define the project.  Then in the appraisal stage there are questionnaires given to the people involved.  In the Feedback phase, you can track the questionnaire process. Finally, they give you a thorough report.

Big companies use this service to evaluate their projects, but for a small indie company, this could be an invaluable resource and save you a lot of time and headaches.
